Originally from Kristiansand, Ivan is a Norwegian who has been residing in Hong Kong since 2015, and is a graduate of Fudan University in Shanghai.
He brings extensive international experience and a strong commitment to supporting Norwegian companies in their global expansion efforts. With deep insight into international markets—particularly in Asia—he helps businesses identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and establish efficient, sustainable supply chains.

Samy Naim
Originally from Chicago, Samy is an American who has spent over 15 years living and working in China, bringing more than 20 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing and Procurement.
With over 20 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, he has built a solid and reliable network of suppliers and manufacturers across China and Southeast Asia. He has led key procurement processes for global retail giants such as Walmart and Costco, bringing valuable insight and hands-on experience from complex international supply chains.
Through this work, he has developed deep expertise in negotiation, supplier development, and quality control—making him a trusted advisor for Norwegian companies looking to optimize procurement, reduce risk, and build sustainable supplier networks in Asia.
